The product fit into the Radio Shack outlet on my cycle. I use it to charge my phone or GPS as needed while I ride.
Not much to say since I have used it twice in the two weeks I have had it.
Simple to use, easy to put in pocket if bad weather threatens. Or just plug in a cable to cover the opening. I prefer to pull it out and close the cover on my outlet.
Rides: 2001 Kawasaki ZG1000 Concours
Yes, I recommend this product.

Powerlet Type 1 Rearset Kit Simple bolt on solution provides a Powerlet outlet for heated clothing, battery charging, powering Luggage Electrix, inflating tires, etc. The Type-1 bracket is designed to utilize existing rearset holes in the rear subframe. Clean installed appearance.

is that a cigarrete socket on the outside?thanks

Do you mean to ask:

Do you plug this adapter into a cigarette style outlet? The answer is Yes.

I wired in a Radio Shack outlet to my cycle's accessory connections and then drilled a hole in my dash for the outlet. The outlet takes the adapter.
