After doing a lot of research I went for these gloves. I've receNtly done quite a bit of cold weather riding. Haven't used them in the rain but they're pretty good in cold weather down to about 40 degrees. Below that my thumbs go numb. Features are good, protection is good for a winter glove, beware that they do run small. I usually wear a medium but I can barely get my hands into these...had hoped they would loosen with wear but I've worn them for 1500 miles and haven't seen any improvement. As usual feel for controls isnt as good as with summer gloves but that's to be expected and they're better than most winter gloves. The brand logo stitching started coming apart after the first use but the rest of the gloves are holding up and seem well built. A little pricey for what you get but a reasonably satisfactory purchase.
Yes, I recommend this product.

After doing a lot of research and trying on a lot of different pairs of pants, I finally settled on these ones. Living in southern California, I wanted a year-round pant that would be warm enough for winters (40-60 degrees) and cool enough for summers (70-90 degrees). These pants absolutely fit the bill. They have leather in the primary impact zones, and a high-durability mesh in the other panels. Stitching is top notch, and stretch panels in the right areas ensure that the knees and waist have enough freedom of movement.
I wore them for the first time yesterday, and found the knees to be a little restrictive, but I attribute that to the leather needing to break-in. I ride a Speed Triple, so I don't have any fairings to provide protection from the wind, but the windproof liner kept the cool air off of me completely. I did, however, feel the air pressing against the liner, which indicates that when I zip the liner out during the summer these pants will flow air beautifully.
The video says that you can get these under or over boots, but I couldn't zip the pants into my Alpinestars SMX5 boots, so I think that the pants are a little loose to zip under boots. Nonetheless, they look great, so I'm fine with it. The armor is hard enough for good impact protection, but comfortable, and higher quality than any armor I've seen outside of track pants. Very soft armor in the sides, which is nice but wouldn't do much in a heavy impact.
One word of caution: these pants run small. I'm 6 foot 220 pounds, usually wear a 36-38 jeans, and I had to go with size 56 in these pants. They fit perfectly, so just make sure that you order up a size or two.
All in all a great quality pant with lots of features, and if you can get them on sale then they're one of the best deals out there. Great pants for street riding and touring, but if you want to hit the track and drag your knee then get some track pants.
Yes, I recommend this product.

How small does the Velcro strap at the wrist cinch down?

I have wide palms with longer fingers so always wear men's gloves, but have a problem with most Velcro wrist straps-- when strapped over my women's wrists, there isn't enough of a contact patch for the Velcro to stay closed at speed, especially if the extra length flaps. Rev'It gloves are a rare exception. How do the Klims compare?
Pretty small, I have to keep them almost completely un-velcroed to get my hands into them
