I'm a Street-Touring rider (Black, Yamaha XJ6). I will start from descrbing the general aspects of the Justice Leather Gloves. I live in Mexico and I wanted to buy something fresh for this weather (28º-30º C avarage). I love leather, so I chose this ones because of its leather-air-flow features. The vents work very well on hot days. Not situable for cold weather. I went to a trip to Popocatepetl (10º C) and I started to feel pain in my hands. You will need a liner or smth. The fit will be slight large. I was supposed to be MD in the sizing chart, but I bought the Small ones and they fit me very well. And very well means not to thight or loose. My hand is 21.5 cm palm. For the comfort, they are light and fresh, because of the very light leather. They are made of very thin perforated goatskin leather. I only have 3 weeks with them, so I haven't seen the durabilty characteristics. I hope they will. As for the protection, I thought the upper hand nuckles were made of some kind of carbon fiber or metal, but for my surprise they are made of hollow plastic. Not too appropiate for good protection. The velcro wrap works very well. If you are looking for light, fresh and cmfortable leather gloves, the Icon Justice leather gloves are the ones. I truly recommend them.

SIZING for Icon Overlord gauntlet gloves

I'm interested in the Icon Overlord gauntlet gloves, and just need some assistance and guidance on sizing. I have 2 questions.
1. I have measured the circumference of my hand, and it is just on 9". What size do you recommend?
2. I have tried on some other brands of gauntlet, and have found difficulty getting my hand through the wrist opening. If I go up to a size where I can get through the wrist opening, I usually find the gloves are too big. I seem to have a disproportionally wide palm compared to my finger length! Is the wrist opening of the Icon overlord typical, or is it smaller/larger than average? Maybe I'm better off with the short version of the Overlord?

Acording to Q1: Your'e obviously Large for the Icon Sizing Chart (http://www.revzilla.com/icon-size-chart), but what I said on my Icon Justice Leather Gloves Review, my hand is 8.5" for MD size in the chart, but I've always bought Small with other brands, so I bought Small Icon gloves and they fit very well, not too loose and not too tight. As for the Wrist oppening, I think you need to consider the type of body you have. I'm a 63 Kg. and 1.68 guy. So I find icon gloves to be in the standard wrist oppening. Slightly large, because I need to pull all the velcro around in order tighten the glove. Hope this will help. Cheers!
