Although it's really really small... I usually wear stuff XXL if I buy let's say nike jackets etc.. So that should be an inclination what you may need. I wear the XXXXL in this matrix jacket and it fits pretty good. The size diff between XXXL and XXXXL is tiny so if your a semi big guy you might as well go all the way. I'm 6'2 280lbs semi fit with a gut hope that helps with fitting. The length is fine and the shoulder and arm protection seems decent enough. in the XXXL it felt a little more perfect on the arms but the waist area was a little too tight. I could've rocked it but I wanted a little more space.

What are your thoughts on this jacket for Hawaii weather all year round?

Hello, I live in Hawaii, looking for a great summer, all year long Hawaii riding jacket. I really love the look of this jacket (I prefer vintage or classic styles) though am concerned about the heat. I'm debating as of the moment this jacket, the AlpineStars Verona Air Jacket or the REV'IT Air Jacket. What would you recommend and how does the Matrix Kevlar compare to these other two jackets? Better for hot weather? Best protection? Best water resistance? etc. I would really appreciate your help! Thank you.
It's a great jacket and it's not too hot. For Hawaii weather since I used to live there it might be a little too hot. It definately is made well but venting wise not so much. I think you'll sweat like crazy in general. maybe the Rev'it air jacket would be better to be honest.
