I purchased this jacket for cooler days when I will be making several stops (such as meeting wife for dinner). It is easier to use than my riding suits for these situations. Also blends in nicely and doesn't give a "hardcore" biker appearance. It;s very well built, attractive, and comfortable. My first use of the jacket was on an airplane trip to Oregon as it provided the best combo of utility, weather protection, and temp versatility. Do buy 1 size larger though, glad I did.

These gloves seem well built with adequate airflow. However, the wrist opening when putting on the gloves are very tight. Once on it seems fine. Might consider getting a size larger than normal.

So far so good. Have used them down to 22 deg. The battery on the gauntlet back is a little bulky but it slides over my Stich sleeve OK. Finding the power button on the battery is a little difficult with the gloves on. Wrist straps could be a little longer. Fit and quality are very good as usual for Gerbings.

Very well made. I am 5'9", 30" inseam, and weigh 215. I ordered the XLand it is a little snug around the belly but works since I won't be layering under it. I had the legs shortened by 2" (Cost $38) and is now perfect. Flows good air. Knee pads do ride a little to the inside but may be perfect in the event of a get-off. Fairly easy to get on and off but no Roadcrafter.

Sizing
Reviews throughout the web suggest that sizing is unusual in these gloves; that they run big (or super big). My measurement falls right on the breaking point (small = up to 8.5, medium 8.6+). I measure 8.55. Is it better to round up or round down? If it matters, I have long fingers.
I find the sizes are true per their sizing charts. I wear a large but the fingers are a little longer than I need but they work OK.

Is it Unisex or only meant for Mens?
I would be surprised if a woman would be comfortable in it. It is sized to fit snugly, longer torso. I doubt if there is enough room in th chest area for women without having to go greatly overboard in sizing which would create other fitment problems.

No. Mesh throughout. Will need rainsuit with it.
