REV'IT! Kelvin H2O Gloves The outer layer is a combination of Cow Leather, Goatskin, and Suede Leather with a WR finish. The Schoeller (R) PCM (R) Insulator, which is lightweight but highly insulating, keeps hands at a constant comfortable temperature. My fingers tend to be cold in general even in the summer and they're the first part of my body that hurt when riding in cool weather. These gloves make a big difference to my comfort while riding in cool conditions.
Pros:
* Keep my hands warm in around 45 F weather. With my summer gloves, my fingers feel too cold in the low 50s.
* Seem to be very well made with good protection.
* The PCM thingamajig appears to work. I've worn the gloves in the 60s and the 40s and the hands feel about the same and I didn't have to think about them.

Cons:
* Not pre-curved enough. Maybe they'll break in as I continue using them.
* Can be a bit finicky to put on, especially if the hands are damp.
* Tends to bunch up a bit at the palm.

* It looks and feels like a high quality helmet.
* Fits very nicely for my head shape (intermediate oval). No pressure points, doesn't feel like it is loose.
* Nice slots for wearing glasses.

Cons:
* There is a constant booming noise at speed. It feels like the helmet is acting like a drum around the ears. Disappointing from a 550 dollar helmet.
Since I can't return the helmet (wore it outside) I'm currently talking to Arai technical support to try to figure out the cause of the noise.
No, I do not recommend this product.

It shows up when I search for touring helmets and I really really want to get one but I'm concerned about comfort on 300-400 mile days. I ride a vfr800 1998

What's the proper way to maintain these leather gloves?
I've had a pair for two years now and I love them, great all around gloves. I've had some white/blue stuff show up recently on the glove, even after cleaning it off it comes back. What's the best way to clean and maintain these gloves?
The white and blue stuff might be mold. I've seen white mold grow in small circles on old unused leathers.
