What to expect:
1. Really nicely built. Excellent materials and attention to details.
2. Waterproof (tested)
3. True to size. After a short break-in period, they fit nicely. The thumb is just a tad too long.
4. Even though they are thick, they give a reasonable feel of controls
5. They'll keep you hands warm down to 35º (average street-riding, Barkbuster's Storm handguards). You could probably go further down (highway) with heated grips. As they are quite breathable, you could also comfortably use them in warm weather.
Do not expect:
1. A sub-zero/winter glove. There are much better options, with much thicker padding.
2. Bling. They are quite straight forward, no nonsense gloves. They just do the job.
Overall I'm quite satisfied, as they reunite much of the features I've been searching for.

1. This glove is kind of mid-season. Cold in winter, warm in summer.
2. It's "water-resistant." Meaning anything else than a light shower, you'll get soaked.
3. Construction is very poor. It won't even last a season. Mine got 3 months and they are falling to pieces. Not Klim quality we are accustomed to.

I've ridden 3500 miles on these boots on road and gravel, sand, mud (70/30) on the Chilean and Argentinian Patagonia. They are waterproof. I'be crossed a river with them. They are waterproof to the gaiter. They are very comfortable. You forget you've got them on when you're on the saddle. They are obviously not for walking long distances as they are stiff. This is a good thing. They protect your ankles, appropriate for light to moderate off-road duties (put your foot down). I also went down once, my 430 pound-KLR fell on my ankle. I did not sustain any injury whatsoever. The chin TPU's also do a terrific job of protecting from steel footpegs. The sole is quite sticky. You'll be fine as long as you stay out of deep mud and slippery (oily) tarmac. Longevity has proved quite appropriate to me. I can estimate they have reached 30% of their lifespan.

I've had nothing but praise for Klim's quality products in the past. Their technical coats and underwear are simply superb. Excellent build quality, fit, protection, features and value for money. These gloves were the exception. Two weeks, big torn in the thumb out of nothing. The leather used is very thin and poor quality. They are very poor quality. Not what you expect from a 90 buck- glove. Please don't.

These are just plain cotton pants with some pvc foam padding on the inside. They are definetly quite fresh during the summer, but the won't provide any abrasion protection. They could provide some protection if you actually fit some real CE pads. Construction leaves much to be desired too. After only two weeks seams begun to tear appart. They definetly look quite sweet. I would wear them to a party! But as the price is quite steep for cotton pants, I would recommend looking somewhere else.

The pinlock is a great invention. It actually solves the problem of fogging in cold days. It's also quite cheap. I've one for each of my Nolan visors.

Great add-on in case you jacket came with a cheap foam pad or nothing at all. Airflow is quite nice. I didn't feel a real difference from wearing nothing at all. Fits true to size. I wear a size MD jacket, and got a small. Get it fits a little small, but nothing terrible.

I got the mirrored visor. I believe it's a very nice add-on for intensly bright daylight conditions. I usually use both the topgun visor and the dark visor. To fit on and off it's a breeze, so you can change it in seconds for a night ride.

I've never seen such great features and attention to detail as in the Solare pants. Please keep in mind that it's not possible to keep fresh and protected in seroiusly hot weather. However, the Solare are as good as it gets. Nice airflow. On the cons: they fit slightly large to my taste. Nevertheless you'll get a pair of great pants for less than the price of a meal or two.
Yes, I recommend this product.
