Heidenau K60 Scout Front Tire A true 50/50 dual sport tire, the K60 Scout brings a proven balance of performance on- and off-road. With an improved tread and compound, the Scout delivers better cornering stability and wet weather grip on the pavement, while delivering off-road as well. The chevron style tread pattern is similar to full knobby designs which provides lots of open space between the tread blocks to route sand, mud and water from the contact patch while constantly keeping some rubber in contact with the road as the tire rotates. This tire is a stand-out as it does not sacrifice on-road longevity and adhesion to the pavement for off-road traction. A difficult feat for any tire to accomplish. TL Tubeless TT Tube Type Tire

Installed tire on front of my 2009 Suzuki Vstrom 650 ABS,
Did close to 180 miles the first day through mountanous terrain, about 3/4 of it on the tarmac. The tire gripped very well on the tarmac and did an excellent job on the many
sandy washboarded dirt roads at speeds of up to 50 mph. Im currently using a Metzler Tourance on the rear but will most likely switch to the larger tire size Heindenau Scout on the rear eventually although the combination of the Heidenau and Metzler work quite well on both road surfaces.
I didnt rate wet surfaces or longevity as i just got the tire and
havent had time to use it in the rain or put many miles on it
Yes, I recommend this product.

Just received the Forcefield vest and it looks like a very substantial and robust product.. The sizing was correct and the staff at Revzillo made the extra effort to verify sizng for me.
My weight is about 145, heigth 5 ft,10", chest at 138 and waist of 29. I purchased the small and it fits well with several light article of clothing such as a Tshirt and light sweatshirt underneath.
The coverage and construction of the front and back protectors seems excellent.
The large wrap arround Velcro fastening that ties the vests front and back protectors together seems to do an excellent job of securing and protecting the whole torso section of the body .The adjustment potential to fit ones own personal physique is very good.
This vest fits under a Joe Rocket Phoenix mesh jack I wear very well as well a (heavier) Firstgear Kilimanjaro ridng coat.
My first ride on the bike while under the Phoenix mesh jacket gave me a feeling of substantial protection from this vests front and rear back protectors, especially when used with the additional protection of the (a) jackets exisitng shoulder and elbow CE armor, a nice combination.
The vest felt very comfortable during the ride and I almost didnt know it was there. It did seem to afford some insulating value to ones torso area, good in winter/cooler conditions.
All said I think this is an excellent piece of body armor, especially when used in conjunction with a quality ridng jacket.
I fully recommend this jacket to anyone.
