Scorpion EXO-R2000 Dispatch Helmet The EXO R2000 is Scorpion's flagship performance race helmet. Built with exclusive TCT composite shell construction, the lightweight EXO-2000 was developed by Scorpion engineers with input from MotoGP riders and tested on the track as well as in the lab. Scorpion's exclusive Ellip-Tec ratchet technology ensures a tight seal around the shield while the advanced aero-tuned ventilation system produces generous airflow and circulation throughout the helmet. The aerodynamically designed tear-drop shell shape minimizes buffeting at high speeds and the AirFit cheekpad system ensures a custom snug fit. The EXO-R2000 comes equipped with Emergency Release cheek pads, a standard EverClear shield PLUS a bonus Dark Smoke EverClear shield. Pinlock MaxVision- ready flat shields with tearoff posts are available as an accessory for the track (sold separately). Scorpion's DNA is infused into every facet of the EXO-R2000 and the result is a new benchmark for quality and value in a premium helmet. Features TCT Composite Shell - Developed exclusively by Scorpion and consisting of a proprietary 5 layer blend of fiberglass, Aramid and organic poly-resin fibers AirFit - Permits a rider to personalize helmet fit through air adjustable cheek pads EverClear no-fog faceshield - Optically-correct shield with state-of-the art fog-free technology and anti-scratch hardened coating KwikWick II - Moisture-wicking helmet liner and cheek pads are breathable, easily removable and washable KwickFit - Cheekpads accommodate easy on and off for most common styles of eye glasses Elip-Tec Ratchet System - Easy, secure, tool-less faceshield changes in seconds. Also pulls the faceshield against the eyeport gasket when closed to ensure a proper seal Emergency Release System - Tabs located under the neck roll allow easy removal of the cheekpads in case of emergency Six intake air ports across the front of the helmet force cool air in while 10 exhaust vents maximize exhaust of hot air Titanium Double D-rings Includes Aero Skirt for increased aerodynamics and reduced wind noise 5 year warranty 4 shell sizes Snell 2010 Certified Note Includes both clear and dark smoke faceshields.

This helmet is very, very good when considering its price. Well, even when not. In comparison, I also own an Arai Signet Q. In the Arai I can wear a large because of the removable cheek pad and temple peel offs. In the Scorpion I had to go with an XL. The air adjustment on the Scorpion is of no use to me, because the XL is quite snug. It fits better since I've been wearing it, though, and is now quite comfortable. I agree with others who claim this to be a quiet helmet. Much more quiet than the Arai, and the airflow is way better. Yes, overall the Arai is a better fit and finish, that is obvious. But I find myself wearing the Scorpion the most, lately. There is no comparison of quality when you consider the price, however. Paying $300 more for the Arai's extra quality is just not worth it, unless your budget allows. Yes, I would still buy the Arai, and yes I would still buy the Scorpion. They are 2 excellent helmets and I am happy with both. The Scorpion came with more features (extra dark tint shield, shield bag, nicer helmet bag than Arai, etc.) but the Arai gives the impression of a company that will stand behind you with no questions asked (though I have not dealt with Scorpion directly.) I have needed replacement parts from Arai (top vents, cheek pads) and Arai comes through with warranty replacement parts within a couple days. I like that the neck strap cover of the Scorpion goes over the entire neck strap, which is not the case with the Arai. That is a cheap feature of the Arai, which I don't understand. I don't like the feel of my Arai neck strap, but the Scopion is very comfortable. I bought the Sky Blue because it looks awesome, and almost matches the Caribbean Blue of my Triumph Street Triple.

I rescind my earlier positive review of the Diablo II tire. Disappointed with this tire's treadlife.

This is to clarify my earlier review of this tire. I purchased this tire from Revzilla to replace the original Pirelli Rosso Corsa tire that came on my 2013 Triumph Street Triple. The Corsa tire needed replacement at 6,000. Not bad. According to Revzilla and mfg description, the Diablo II should last longer. Not so on my bike. My Diablo II is wasted at only 4,500 miles. See attached photo. I am terribly disappointed. I rode the same roads and at the same general speeds. I was very consistent with the care of this tire; always checked the air pressure regularly, and I ride responsibly. But I am no longer a fan of the Diablo II. I hope no one purchased this tire based on my earlier review. I was wrong and I apologize. My advice is to shop elsewhere if you are considering this tire for a similar sport bike. As I will.

The Rosso II is an excellent replacement for the Corsa tire. Lasts longer and grips the road just as well. Good price. Have not riden in wet conditions.

These gloves are comfortable and easy to put on and take off. Will need to wear these under gloves that are a size larger to allow room. A definate difference in warmth. Have worn in upper 30's and could notice the added warmth. Very good quality liners from others I have tried.

I wish the zippers pulls were blackened, or black plastic coated, so they would be more discrete. Got the black and thinking about getting a pair of green. They are good for commuting to and wearing at work. One thing is when you remove the knee pads to wash the pants, the Velcro closure always sticks to the thin, porous lining and I feel like the lining could tear in time. Otherwise quality is equal to othe Dianese products.

Chose the Sportec M5 over the OEM that came on the Bonneville (ME Z4). After 30,000 miles on the bike, I was getting abnormal wear on the Z4s, though mileage was 10-15,000. The M5 was $30 less at Revzilla and a higher speed rating. Only a few hundred miles on the M5 and the tire feels great; but will have to rate these later on after more miles.

Nice features, quality materials. Like other mid rise socks, they slide down to my ankles under my boots. They are very thin but seem strong. Will be very cool in the summer. Would like if they were a little taller, somewhere between knee highs and where these land.

Dainese New Drake Air Textile Pants Drake pants will surely interest anyone who loves to ride his or her bike especially in the warmer months without wearing a suit or leather pants in order to obtain the protection required. These previously contrasting needs have now been perfectly reconciled by Drake fabric pants. Ample air vents in fretted fabric with closing on the thighs permit fresh air to enter during riding for cooling relief on even the hottest days. When temperatures begin to drop, the air vents can be closed. Safety is guaranteed by removable composite protections in the knee and shins, while extra-strength Cordura 750 fabric offers protection in case of fall. The elastic inserts in the knee optimize the wearability of the article, which is equally suited to metropolitan motorcycle use. Features Removable composite protectors. Cordura fabric 750. Suretta fabric. Perforated fabric. Insert in elasticated fabric. Soft inserts. Calf zip. Jacket-trousers fastening system. Adjustable waist. Sanitized lining.

Been needing pants with top protection that aren't baggy. I like my Fly butanes, but They're mostly for cold and rain. Dainese really hit the mark with the New Drake Air. I like the adjustable air inlets and snug feel. Also very good looking. I've owned for 2 weeks. with temps upper 60's to mid 80's. Very comfortable. They stay put and fit well over my Sidi Fusion boots. The knee armor slightly overlaps the boot top but is a good fit. I haven't worn them tucked in, but tried the fit, and seems good even with the overlap. Easy to clean after a long ride. I used a damp cloth with couple drops of mild soap, wiped down then rinsed cloth and wiped again. Dries quickly. Buy these pants! You'll soon forget how much you spent. Well ...

Bought this for my Dainese Air and I was especially pleased that the protector fits all my other jackets except Alpinestars 7-10. I only need 2 back protectors to cover all 7 of my jackets. Other brands are Shift Avenger and Storm, Frank Thomas XTi and all 3 Triumph jackets (leather and textile).
