A little part of me always died inside when I had to leave my Chucks at home when I left on my bike, but these shoes changed that. Unfortunately they are a bit pricey, but the protection and style they offer are worth the cost in the end. Out of the box they don't feel all that sturdy or well made, but they've survived the past few months perfectly, especially for shoes resembling Converses. As for the lacing system, it's fool-proof and much much easier to put on and take off than Chucks. With all that said, they are definitely not as sturdy as a nice pair of boots, but they also don't claim to be.

All around good helmet. Turns out my cheeks are a bit bushier than I had once thought, so I had to order replacement cheek pads a size smaller. At least on me, the helmet seemed a bit narrow, but not enough to be uncomfortable. The RF 1100 is as good as it's advertised - visibility, airflow, features, ease-of-use, etc. As far as the Seilon graphic pattern goes - well, it's pretty sexy.
And of course, Revzilla's customer service couldn't have been better. I live right outside of Philly, and when I ordered the helmet next-day air, I got a call from Revzilla explaining that it would only take one day with UPS Ground. Saved me a lot of money, and they didn't even have to do it. Quality dudes here.

Replacement interior helmet liner for Shoei RF-1100 helmets Note Due to manufacturer restrictions, Shoei products can only be shipped to addresses within the United States

Will an XS size pad fit a LG size helmet?

I went with a LG instead of a MD RF1100 and now that the helmet has been broken in, so to speak, it's entirely too loose. A MD size pad was still not nearly snug enough, so I figure a SM or XS would be better.

How to determine optional cheek pad size?

Just purchased a medium SHOEI QUEST helmet with standard 35mm cheek pads which are too tight for the shape of my face. There are 33 and 31mm pads listed but there are no instructions to determine which would provide the best fit. any advice would be appreciated.
There really isn't any way sure-fire way to find out which would fit best without wingin' it. However, I had the same problem with a size LG and found that the 33mm pads were much better. With that said, the 31mm pads would probably be even more comfortable, but not so much so to send the 33s back. Just have to pick one and see how they fit.
