REVIT Seesoft Back Protector Insert The revolutionary new REVIT See Soft CE-Level 2 back protector is designed to absorb multiple impacts without compromising on comfort, ventilation or freedom of movement. The highly impact-resistant blend of Nitrille and Polynorbornene rubber results in a memory foam that is multi-impact rated and CE Certified to the highest level of prEN 1621-22010 level 2. In the case of severe angular impact, the individual Memory Foam layers will shift relative to one another, resulting in impact dispersion over a larger effective surface area and therefore minimizing the energy that is transmitted to the spine and back. The Seesoft back protector performs extremely consistently in all weather conditions and is unaffected by temperature ranges from -4 F to +104 F (-20 C to +40 C). Most REV'IT jackets are designed to accommodate a Seesoft CE Level 2 back protector insert. Newer jackets will have a marking on the protector pocket that indicates the matching type and size of the protector. The main reason I didn't rate this any better was that I was told and naturally expected it(KN 106)to not only fit into my Rev'It Tarmac leather jacket(size 52) but it should "fill" the entire back protector pocket which it does not. It's too small and leaves at least a 1 to 2 inch gap all around the upper back area. The shape isn't quite right for the Rev It Tarmac where as the ST version seems like it would fit better. However I cannot be sure until I actually order another one :-(
See attached image of it sitting on top of the temper foam pad the jacket came with. It's probably designed for the more recent line of Rev It jackets.

Icon Reign Waterproof Boots One more product to walk out of our foul-weather development center. The Reign boot's easy access and low profile design make it an excellent choice for the daily commute or long distance travel. Rugged waterproof YKK zippers make entry and exit a snap (actually a zip). The waterproof and breathable interior mean your feet stay cool and dry even when it's neither cool nor dry outside. Protection comes by the way of durable leather and a ballistic nylon upper mated with injection molded shin and ankle plates. The lowers feature an axialmetric steel shank along with slip-resistant high friction outsoles. Even with all of these features, we still managed to make them so lightweight and comfortable you may just want to wear them year 'round. Features Durable leather and ballistic nylon upper 100 waterproof seam sealed construction Waterproof and breathable inner lining Injection molded shin and ankle plates Rubber shift interface ribs High friction Icon outsoles Axialmetric steel shank Footpeg interface arch YKK waterproof zippers

I really like them because they don't look so "Star Trekkie"! A little snug and stiff at first but fit nicely after a few day rides.Problem is I may have a received a defected left side boot.(someone else I spoke to had the same issue on the left side as well..odd) I got caught in a down pour and that side leaked so badly I had to pull over and ring out my sock every 30 mins! Otherwise they are great and would order another pair once these wear out providing they remain waterproof!
