I'm 5'10'', 165, 32-33 waist and these fit quite snug -- that's ok though, because that snugness puts the armor right where it needs to be. These are an excellent value for everyday riding when you don't want to look like a streetracer, or a hardcore biker in leathers. Wriggle into these, throw on some baggy jeans, and you're out the door no problem. You need protection under your pants, period. These armored tights allow you to ride with a higher level of confidence and peace-of-mind, and as far as cycle gear goes, they're a bargain. If you're even remotely considering getting armor for your lower body, buy these and fear not.

Sizing Info
How do these size comapred to standard sizing. If you waste is a 34 and inseam a 32 what size do I need to order?
You'll definitely need a large. I'm just slightly smaller than you, and mine are quite snug. If you want to be able to ride out, have some lunch, and bend down to pick up the keys you dropped, go with large; otherwise, you're sac will be attacked.
