Great for hot days, and commuting. Love the Pinlock insert, EVERY manufacturer should include one. Drop down visor is nice to have so you don't have to swap out shields all the time.
Noise level is about the same as an AGV K4 Evo, which is about what I expected. but there is a slight whistling noise from the visor lock notch I think because it goes away when I turn my head slightly. It does buffet a little bit in the crosswinds and during head checks, but its manageable.
Yes, I recommend this product.

It provides real eye protection and is also available in amber, light blue and light smoke as an accessory. The VPS is easily operated by a large rubber coated slider on the left side of the Nolan N43 . I purchased this helmet because i wanted a new one. Its super light, wonderful peripheral view, the added pinlock insert makes a world of difference riding in questionable temps.
Things i dont like, no D-ring to secure the helmet, the chin curtain helps, but does not block out all airflow when cooler out, and a hair louder than my other helmet, overall, great value for a helmet with some good italian styling.
Yes, I recommend this product.
