With a late season motorcycle purchase and cold weather setting in i looked to the G3 gloves to help extend my riding season. These gloves are one of the best motorcycling related products I've ever purchased. The hands are always the first thing to go and these gloves keep mine absolutely toasty warm ... to really hot.
I find them a little large for my size, but compared to the Burton snowboarding gloves i used to wear during winter riding these are much less bulky.
The gloves get blazing hot, so i'd highly recommend at least the on/off switch for 15 bucks if you don't want to spend the money on the controller.
Extremely happy with my purchase.
FYI: air-flow isn't really relevant here, but i checked "poor" because these gloves block most all the incoming air. Only at times could i feel a little cold air creeping in around my thumb when the gloves were turned off. I guess "poor" means they don't flow much air, so its a good rating in this context.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Do the gloves come with all cords and connectors needed or are additional cords required to attach the battery pack to the gloves?

the gloves come with everything you need to connect to the bike, or to a liner.

They come with the coax battery harness and the long y-cable to fish through your jacket if not using a liner.
