I've ridden with these gloves a handful of times commuting, as well as one canyon ride. I'm typically a size medium in alpinestars and sidi for reference sake. I tried on the small and medium sizes. I ended up with the medium based on palm fitment. The small felt like it was a bit too tight everywhere, especially in the palm area. The medium palm fit, but the length of the fingers are a bit long. I feel like I'm in between a small and a medium size glove when it comes to dainese.
I purchased the primary white color and as expected the underside (palm area) began to permanently blacken immediately after the first ride, however the top, exposed portions of the glove have remained unscathed. Via instructions you are supposed to clean the glove with a cold, wet cloth, but it does nothing in terms of actual cleaning.
The glove looks the part and has fancy materials, but I don't feel like the fit and finish justify such an outrageous price. Like other reviews I also agree with the cuff strap not being tight enough. The glove rides perfectly fine. I have no qualms with it, but it doesn't quite "do it" for me at this price point. The main reason I purchased this glove was to complete my Dainese collection.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I purchased the cleaner/conditioner for my WHITE racing pelle because I figured that dainese tailors their cleaning agents for their leather products. I clean my jacket after every (other) ride due to it being a white jacket. The cleaning agent works well when applied promptly after riding. Dainese suggests that you clean bug guts immediately so that stains do not set in. The conditioner leaves a nice sheen to the leather and adds that new-leather smell. I am satisfied with the products cleaning capability, but am dissatisfied with the amount of cleaning required for owning a white jacket.
Yes, I recommend this product.

CE 1, not 2?

I noticed this new gilet style bp is rated ce1 in the description, but that the bp's counterpart (the wave) is rated ce2. The two bps look identical aside from their fastening system. Can someone explain the difference in ce rating?

Cleaning

Can I use the dainese leather cleaner/conditioner safely on the glove? The instructions say to use a cold, damp towel, but that doesn't really do much in terms of cleaning. I have the white glove and after only two rides the palms are beginning to darken :/

How many ounces does each bottle contain? Is this the same size kit that comes with a 1-piece suit, or is it the full size kit?

dainese laguna seca pro fitment

I bought a size 48EU and the fit is pretty tight. I'm 5'7", 155-160lbs. According to the size chart I fit all the classifications of a 48 minus the chest size; I have a 39" chest. I haven't tried the suit with a back protector yet, but I'd be quite surprised if I could manage to fit one in- that's how tight this suit feels. I have to lean forward to zip up the front. I've never owned a 1-piece before and am not 100% sure the 48 is the right size. I have a racing pelle jacket and it's in a size 48EU. That too was pretty tight, but it broke in fine. Should I stick with the 48 or maybe go with the 50?

What to do if these gloves get wet in the rain?

I'd let the gloves dry slowly and naturally away from sunlight and any source of heat whilst laying them flat.

Question for fitment (short guy)

Hello, I'm planning on purchasing a dainese laguna seca pro. I'm honestly confused since I fall between two numbers of sizes. my hieight would be less than a 46 and my chest would be a 48.

I'd really appreciate any help from someone who falls in the same measurements range as me. or some of the helpful experienced revzilla representatives too.

here are all of my measurements:

Height 165 cm, 5'5 -5'6 feet/inches
outseam 104 cm, 40.9 inches
hips 90 cm, 35.5 inches
waist 82 cm, 32.2 inches
chest 92 cm, 36.22 inches
inseam 74 cm, 29.1 inches <== ( could be a bit more )

Thank you so much in advance,
Omar
I have this suit in a size 48 and I'm 5'7" 160-165lbs 39" chest with a 29" inseam. It fits spot on, pretty tight. I think I'm at the upper limits for the suit's size capacity. Point being, my chest is an inch larger than the suits designated limit. The accordian panels help the suit stretch to accomodate my excess girth. I also wear a 48 in my new delmar jacket; it too fits snug. Hope this helps, but your demure stature matched with your chest size might require a custom fitment to avoid excess material in the legs and arms.

What country are these manufactured in?

I've heard that Dainese only made high end or older items in Italy with a bit better quality.
My new delmar says made in Ukraine. I believe only the axial pro boots are made in Italy these days.

I sat on a bike at the store I tried it on at and it felt fine in riding position. When I'm hunched over my chest, like everyone elses, slims. I don't feel like there's any restriction in the riding position. I'm just afraid I might be stretching the suit out too much. When I tried on a size 50 racing pelle I immediately knew it was a size too large due to the sleeve length.
