I have owned my Gerbing's liner for over 3 years and have had no problems. If I was to buy another one I would opt for the Tall size so there was more to tuck into my Dainese D-dry pants. The heat is amazing from this product and the Build Quality is Fantastic. I only use my liner when I go for a ride when it is 30F and I plan on going some Distance. Combined with my Gerbing's T-5 Gloves and Innersoles I am as toasty as I would want to be. My only complaint is finding a good place for the dual temp controller. Since I have 2 motorcycles I don't want to spend the money for the built in controller's so I will deal with the minor trouble.

Gerbing's T5 Heated Gloves The Gerbing's T5 Leather Gloves are exceptionally light, strong and pliable gloves. The gloves are constructed of a light supple leather to help reduce bulk but designed to keep your hands and fingers toasty warm. The T5's heat the entire length of each finger and thumb as well as the back of the hands. To keep the draft out and heat in, there is an adjustable wrist strap to seal the cuff. The Gerbing product line is one of the Best out there as far as even distribution of Heat and these T-5 Gloves take it to a new level. I had the G-3 pair before and though they worked they just didn't seem to work as well as the T-5 Glove does. It is almost warm enough just by itself till it drops below 30 degrees F. and if you have a fairing you might only set them to low plugged in. I ride a Ducati Hypermotard 1100 EVO and have little protection from the wind so my gear is important to me and these gloves give me great control and very warm hands. I marked airflow poor because there is none that gets thru these!

I followed the size chart as I wear a 45 size boot so I ordered the XL and did not have to trim them at all, they fit right in place of the insoles. They are nice and soft as they are made of a rubber type material although they don't have as much arch as my SIDI boots do they are still comfortable to ride and walk in. I was skeptical at first since I have a pair of Gerbing Heated socks but these work just as well and have kept my feet warm on 35 degree days so far. The nice Feature is that you can use the Battery packs and keep the heat going when you are off the Bike as well! Great product that Actually Works!

Trust Revzilla for there sizing recommendations as I did and the pants fit spot on! I am 5' 11" and weigh 180lbs with a 35 inch waist and was told to order the 54 size which is perfect as it allows room for long johns. The protection is great as well and I could not be Happier! Allow yourself extra time as it is tricky to zip the jacket and pants together.

how long is the back of the jacket liner?
The Gerbing's Jacket Liner is cut straight across the bottom with no dip in the tail section which would be nice to have. They do however sell a tall sizing which would come down further if that is what you are looking for.

Gerbing heated gear
Hi, I have a ducati 848Evo, but I plan to ride with it as long as possible (also during the winter ;-) ). I'm very interested in buying the Gerbing Gloves + undervest, but I was wondering if my battery could manage all that powerdeduction during the start up of my bike. Is the battery of the duc 848 strong enough for all that extra equipment? Will it recharge sufficiant or do I need to buy a stronger battery?

Keep your Battery on a Battery Tender at Night so that it has a full charge. Start your Bike and let it warm up a little before you plug in your Heated Gear. Gerbing sends an Amp Draw chart with each of there products and only use the correct fuse so that you don't stand a chance of frying any of your Bikes Electric's. The T-5 Glove runs smaller than the G3 by one whole size. I ride a 1100 EVO Hypermotard and was worried about the Battery. I went for a ride one real cold day and had my Gerbing's Insoles, Jacket liner, and the T-5 Gloves on and never had an Issue. If you are still worried contact your Duc Dealer and check with them.

can u walk on the heated insoles?
I have had no problems walking with my Heated Insoles. They are very much like the stock foot bed.
