The first thing that attracted me to this jacket was mostly the styling. This is my 4th motorcycle jacket purchase and the first three were all traditional style motorcycle jackets. I like the look of the stand up collar as well as what appears to be very large front pockets (actually they are the inlets for the front vents) on the front of the jacket. My initial observations were that the jacket is very heavy, the actual leather is dyed nicely and is excellent quality. The jacket is vented nicely with 2 vents on the back and 2 large vents up front and 1 on each sleeve end. Many of the reviews I read, about half the people claimed the jackets run small and the other half claimed they ran big. I am 6' 1" with a 49 inch chest and a 38 inch waist. I normally fit into X large sizes. With this jacket an XL was too snug every where. The shoulders, chest, arms and stomach were all snug and the jacket also looked a little short. I went to a 2 XL. This jacket fit almost perfect. The length was good, the shoulders, arms, chest and stomach had the room I needed. The arms are a tiny bit too long when I am standing around, however when I am riding and my arms are outstreched it is better. Since buying the jacket the weather has been in the 50's. I am wearing the jacket currently without the liner and it is plenty warm for temps in the 50's. The only complaint I have with this jacket is the armor in the elbow is not lined up with my elbow. It is about an inch too low. So everytime I slide my arm into the sleeve I have to push the elbow pad up the sleeve to line it up with my elbow. I may just remove the elbow armor all together. All in all I give this jacket extremely high marks, quality heavy leather, super sharp design, plenty of pockets and features all add up to one real nice jacket.
Yes, I recommend this product.
